I woke up with painful shoulder . I had weightlifting 4 days ago but I still felt hurt at my arms and shulders . so bad. I prepared for to day with a white shirt

and grey slack-pants , I felt I'm more fatter than ever . I have to lose some .

12.00 I was at Siam square for applying new bank account for Krungsri Ayuthaya Bank , the services were so fast . just 20 minutes , so I went to Starbuck for

Coffee Of The Day drink, reading Kindaichi student Detactive Cartoon . for 30 minutes. so I crossed the road for appointment at Paragon Shopping

center , meeting Khun_Pao_Mongkol and Khun_Momchai , These Brand manager working in Unltimate Time . Khun_Pao_Monkol , she works for O.D.M. Watch , the style of this brand ,is made for younger and design - techno -lovers .But Khun Monchai ,(s) he works for Edox and Balmain watch .

I have something funny , the Region Manager < mr. Philipe< he is the one I have met at Babilon Suana !!! hahahahaha!

14.30 I crossed rad back to Novotel hotel , 4 th floor , for GUESS Face to Watch Campaigne launch .The MC is DJ .Krit , I thought he is a gay by speeking and his gastures , it's too much for straight . I felt in love with Khun Ford the CEO of ELLE magazine .He is sizzy but cute !!

This event I met KhunNock_A day magazine 's Director , P-Ae+, P-Pum WomenPlus . But i was taken to RS Tower by them , so I went to see Khun Nee_Manee_ the Media Planner of Thai Asia Pacific Brewery Co.,Ltd. ( Heineken) , I didnot make appointment with her , but she is to warm welcome to meet me in 1st time. having almost 2 hours discussion .Her boss is Khun Satung _Heineken ( that we have fashion shootting yesterday !! )

I have to back to office by 17.30 ( too sad !!! ) for send some invitation cards for 356 Days Demand Magazine Event , next Tuesday. I bought PA-TONG-KO+ for Poj and Dao. I have been worried about the situsations in office . P-AEW+ saud that she will resign this month as well as P-NUI , too . She warns me about politics and asked me to apply for ARENA Magazine !! I have to consider.

I went back to my Condo at 20.30 but i felt like a dead man walking !!! too tried I slept deeply and I woke up at 03.15 !!! i heard El-ninYo ! sung by Tata Young inher new album so I could not sleep again !! sad.........
